Rifin Nutrition Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Yayasan Rifin Nutrition Indonesia. The journal focuses on the dissemination of scientific knowledge in the fields of nutrition, dietetics, food science, and public health. It welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, and case studies that contribute to evidence-based nutritional practices and policy.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. The journal is committed to open access, does not charge article processing fees (APC), and ensures long-term preservation through participation in LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems.
The journal accepts submissions in English, and publish quarterly. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
